Poor - we tried to use a Tires Plus coupon for an oil change. We got some excuse that the coupon is from corporate but this location is a franchise so they could not accept the coupon. The coupon says 'Tires Plus' you should accept it - how is the customer supposed to know about a corporate vs. franchise issue?
Second - we need a quote on 4 new tires and the person providing the quote had very little knowledge about the different type of tire options for our car. Was simply reading numbers off of the computer. Tire purchase and future service will likely be somewhere else.

Unfortunately we are a licensee store ( coupon states at participating store) however we always adjust price in accordance with our own coupons if a customer comes in with a TP coupon.
