I received the best haircut I've had in a decade at No Worries Salon; my color consultation provided me with excellent advice on my options for color correction as well. Ms. Jill Turnbull and her amazing staff demonstrated themselves to be the best hair professionals I've encountered in my time in Baltimore.
She is so clearly an artist in addition to knowing how to run a business well--it's all about your hair, for her, and she makes sure you leave satisfied. She patiently explains every step in her process. She listens to you and thinks about what will be the best technique to employ, given your goals. Her staff are the most mature young women I've met at any hair salon, too, and she works with them closely to show them "the ropes" and maintain the atmosphere she carefully achieves at No Worries.
I was intimidated going in (after doing research on the Web)--I'm not rich, not a model, not a knock-out, and not young anymore, but this was a professional and pleasant experience, very elegant and well-organized, from start to finish. I am utterly impressed, and I recommend this salon highly.
