Called ahead to get a diagnostic check and came in at opening on a Friday, which is what they suggested. They had my car for 3 hours (which was more than the total time they said they'd need) before they told me that they still hadn't looked at my car yet... then when they finally did they said they wouldn't have time to fix any of the small things that I came in for and would have to come back a week later. If they had just told me they were too busy from the start, that would have been fine, but instead I wasted 5 hours of my day and didn't get anything out of it.
