I came in for a teeth cleaning and everything but a teeth cleaning was done and mind you I was there for an hour and a half. I came there because of their late hours and then couldn't get back in til Feb. Because they don't do the cleanings after a certain hour. Never again!!!!

This is Dr. Eric, and I am sorry to see we did not meet your expectations. As an office we cannot discuss patient-specific data; however generally speaking, it is not the best course to complete routine cleanings (prophylaxis) when advanced gum disease (periodontitis) is present. We want to use a first visit to present options for a comprehensive and full plan based on the patient's needs and desires (http://www.altoonasmiles.com/patient-info/first-visit). I do understand your frustration with not having availabilty for more evening appointments. As the only local detnal office I'm aware of that takes evening appointments I will attest they are highly sought after times--if you're able to make a daytime vist I know we can make things happen sooner.
