About
Now Yoga and Fitness is dedicated in empowering individuals to enhance the quality of their lives through balance, awareness, instruction from fully certified, well-recognized teachers, and state of the art eco-design. We offer expert, quality instruction in Yoga, Pilates and conditioning classes. Our studio features hot yoga, with infrared heating units to complement conventional heating, and 'bright light' seasonal affective disorder lighting manufactured by the Sunbox Company to brighten up the studio on overcast days. Select classes feature the full array of lighting options available at our studio. It is our hope that students come to NOW Yoga and Fitness feeling they've entered a beautiful, peaceful sanctuary, and leave feeling part of a special community.

NOW Yoga is one of my favorite studios; I've been living in Providence for a little over a year and took a chance and bought a 10-class Groupon for NOW and have been going there ever since. I'm never disappointed and the class schedule is great for a professional like me who is usually never home earlier than 7 PM! The studio is always clean and the space is perfect.
