I wanted to say thank you for your gracious review of our studio. Although I do understand your frustration, you imply in your review that you are waiting for your $22 refund, which I assured you 3 days ago that I had issued to your credit card, along with sending my personal apology for the disappointment we had caused you. It is unfortunate that you were only interested in taking the one class at the one day and time - we do have nearly 20 classes on our schedule. I realize that the class you were interested in was cancelled the 2-3 times you registered. However, each time I did let you know personally what the situation was - that you were the only person registered - and invited you to attend another day/time. I apologize again for the inconvenience in that the class we attempted to offer at the day and time you wished to come did not get the interest that we had hoped, so we changed the offering to something that attracted more clients. I am sad that we caused you this frustration and disappointment and hope that perhaps in the future you may visit us to discover why the majority of our reviews are stellar.
