This past visit with my son was a bit disappointing. We like our eye doc, she's great. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour and half before we actually saw the doctor. That was unusual, normally it doesn't take that long. She did apologize for the wait, but no explanation beyond that. My child missed most of school to go to the appointment and our time is valuable just like everyone else. I just think an explanation would have helped!
