Ciampa Vision Care replied:
this rewiew should be removed because it contains falsehoods and factual inaccuracies. 1. this patient was given a full refund. 2. she was never asked to give contacts back and drive home without being able to see. 3. this patient has cataracts in both eyes causing her vision to be blurred. contacts or glasses are not going to make things perfect. she was told this repeatedly, but apparently never fully understood. 4. why would she want to keep my contacts when she cant see good? when she returned the contacts, under inspection, she returned the wrong ones. now she kept my contact lenses and got all her money back. does that seem fair?
