Staff was friendly, but was told on the phone the cost for second set of puppy shots would be $65.00, also told that worm prevention was included in that, then was charged $118.00 and worm stuff was extra too.
We apologize for the misunderstanding. The 2nd set of puppy vaccines is in fact $67.50, however, for puppies that have not been seen here before, we do require an initial exam which is $44.50. For the remaining puppy sets needed, we no longer charge the office visit. Again, we apologize for the mix up and we hope to see you and continue wellness care for Gonzo.
