Took the vehicle in for a potential starter issue and ended up having brake work done as well, which was fine because we suspected there was an unresolved issue with the brakes that the Jeep dealer could not or would not diagnose. I feel that the necessary care and time was given to ensure the vehicle was truly road-worthy. I will most likely take my other vehicles here for non-warranty work. Staff was very user-friendly, even in light of some of my quirky requests. I will definitely come back.

I have purchased new tires and received minor service on my car from LRAC. Each time, I encountered friendly staff that did not try to shuffle me through quicker than what was comfortable and when I asked questions about service or my vehicle, I had the full attention of the service staff. Comfortable waiting room too. There was one occasion, however, when web price did not match in-shop price. When I asked for an explanation or for a price match with LRACs own web site, I did receive it, but was made to feel that I was inconveniencing the staff and really asking for a lot... no attempted explanation, no apology, just a credit. This experience did not leave a bad taste in my mouth - I will return. Thanks to you and your team!

The work done was great. Had my car back by end of day which made it very convenient for me. However I do not understand why the markup of the brake package was twice the actual cost for the parts. I get that there are paychecks to be covered. But thought that was pretty excessive. But needed to get the work done none the less.

Guys did a great job. One thought worth mentioning. The warranty on my rear brake job was 24k/2 year. We even replaced the calipers. However, i had to replace pads and rotors with only 17k miles and 2 years and 1 week. Sadly, the brakes only started making noise 2 days prior to replacement. I guess the 550 cost 2 years and one week later was hard to pay. Just wishing i would have been discounted slightly for our loyal.service and the facts mentioned.

This is the third year in a row I have gone to Lake Ridge Auto Care for my inspection sticker and I will return. I went mid-morning on a Saturday so I had to wait in line for some time but the man who completed the inspection was very nice. When he brought in my key and the paperwork he explained that he tried to scrape the glue off the windshield which was actually left from last year. He told me he wasn't able to get all the glue off. I told him ok, thank you and then he walked away. I then waited at the counter while a guy behind the computer chose not to acknowledge my existence at all for a bit. He finally asked another guy behind the counter to help me because he was finishing something. The guy who actually checked me out was very nice and apologetic. It would be nice if all the glue from the previous inspections were removed from my windshield. It would also be nice to be acknowledged while I am clearly standing at the counter waiting to be checked out instead of standing there in awkward silence.
