As a woman alone who has had to deal with being taken for a ride financially by mechanics, at first my attitude was not good. After Mike explained everything to me, I changed my attitude and felt better about things. Mike also handled things a little differently when he saw where I was coming from. He is very good with people. I also enjoyed Justin who is very interesting to talk to and he also did his best in handling me. I can be difficult at times and felt very good about things by the time I left there. Thank You!

We needed our car checked out before a big road trip. Giannini's great crew made sure it was road ready and as promised, we got much better gas mileage! Thanks to Mike and all the other guys who took such good care of us.

I think the folks at Giannini's are honest and have our best interest at heart when maintaining my car. They were great about calling me with information or questions and I felt like I really was important to them.

Had a list of small but nagging glitches, and all were fixed on the occasion of the regular oil change. In addition, they pointed out that my license plates had just expired, so threw in an inspection too so I could high tail it over to the DMV. Also, the customer shuttle service means a lot! Thanks again, guys.
