I am so glad I found Gervais! The best salon in the Rogue Valley, hands down. You will not be disappointed. The quality of service and professionalism is unmatched; they go above and beyond to make each client feel pampered. I love the team environment and I have fun each time I visit.

Kristina Smith always performs at the top level and it shows with how my hair looks at the end of my visit. She never ceases to amaze. The entire staff at Gervais is welcoming and very friendly and I feel comfortable when there. I will never go anywhere else!!

My appointment started 25 minutes after my scheduled time and I arrived 15 minutes early so I sat a while but the pedicure itself was great and the lady was very nice!

The front counter girls were very nice and friendly. My appt ran 15 min behind, no apology or anything. The lady was dressed for gym class, not looking professional at all. Mid pedicure she was talking to another co worker about how she did not like feet and the look in her face and body language showed it. She did a decent job painting my nails but that’s about it.

Was pretty busy in the message area, lots of traffic back and forth. Might have been more relaxing to be upstairs waiting. Jessica was great, she explained what was going to happen and asked me a few times if it was going ok. She's great, I would recommend a message by her to anyone that asks.
