Dr. Kaplan is always so thorough and attentive to my needs. I have a very challenging eye left eye and he is so attentive to any changes in my current history. He always does what is best for me and refers me whenever it is needed. He is amazing and he truly cares for his patients in an outstanding way. He has incredible integrity and always does what is right for the patient regardless of what is right for the business. Everyone at Glendale family Eyecare is amazing. From Bree, Missie, Jennifer, Sheri,. Miranda and the optical department, they are all amazing. Just the true down to home patient centric medical department. You can’t go wrong by coming here. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Kaplan is a hard act to follow. Dr. Blank seems to know what he is doing but he was not as thorough as Dr. Kaplan. Dr. Blank only put one drop in my eyes to open up the pupils and there was no wait time before he started his examination, which seemed unusual. Dr. Kaplan would put 2 drops in my eyes then I would wait and then he would lay the chair down and he would thoroughly examine my eyes. Dr. Blank did not do this. Usually when I would sign in at the desk they would give me a sheet to sign if I wanted a refraction done. There was no sheet and no asking if I wanted the refraction. Dr. Blank did the refraction which I was not expecting. I do realize things change but I am not liking the feel of the office. I do not know if I will be back.

Dr Blank was thorough and competent. He got me seeing clearly again. There was nothing complicated about my exam but I am pleased with the care he provided.
