Went in for a 6-month dental cleaning. Checked the quality of the cleaning after I got home and discovered that not all the plaque/build up was removed by the hygienist. She seemed new to the position and needs a bit more experience. The office personnel are nice and welcoming and the doctors do not make you wait around for long which is nice that they are considerate of your time.

The hygienist was sweet and gentle with my 3 year old who handled her first dental experience amazingly well. Perhaps the hygienist should gauge how well the child is doing throughout the experience and then use her judgement to clean the patient's teeth a bit more, e.g., since my child did well and was not scared, I felt the hygienist could have cleaned the build up off her teeth a bit better.
