The office had pros and cons. I found the staff pleasant, and helpful when working the sale of the glasses themselves. There could be better communication, the frames I brought in were substituted with another similar frame. They had left a voice message telling me there was a problem with the frame but not the end result, which is I assume that they were broken during the process of having the lenses put in and another, very similar frame, was substituted. Resulting glasses are fine, no complaints. I am old school when it comes to customer service, and for the price of the products and services offered, just expected more.

We were the first appointments and staff was on time. The physician was wonderful and discussed in detail the exam. The rep also went over the insurance and payments. Great experience.

A wonderful experience from the moment I arrived from until I left the office. The staff was professional, articulate and well trained. The doctor was patient, thorough and careful during the examination. I will most certainly continue my care with The Optik Vision Center
