Everything at PreZoomably cats was perfect. We boarded our finicky cat, Pumpkin, there for 11 days & there was never a worry. All the staff are so warm & friendly. You can see that they have a genuine concern that your pet receives the best care. The facility was awesome.
So glad to have such an amazing place available for boarding.

I was very impressed with the care shown my service dog and akways have. Though I am uncertain if my dog got dremeled but am not sure how to tell.

Best groom my dog Max ever had! He looks wonderful! Thank you Anne (I hope that is spelled correctly) you did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this groomer she is the best!

I am sad that I have to leave this kind of review since I think your groomer is so good with animals. But this is now the second time that one or both of my cats have been injured. The first time I had to take my cat to the vet for her cuts all around her neck and close to genital area. This last time Sophie had major bruises around her neck which still haven't gone away. She also had a bleeding cut She was very traumatized and in pain. I noticed after looking carefully that Katya had some bruises also. This is not acceptable. I am so sad my kitties went through this. I have pictures to back up these incidents.

Zoom zoom groom did a fantastic job on our dog Nico. They did exactly what we asked for and made him look so handsome. We will be taking Nico again to Zoom Zoom Groom to handle his grooming needs!

The deshedding treatment done on my Shiba Inu was extremely helpful in regards to the amount of hair she leaves in our house. I will definitely consider getting this done 2x a year during her fur dumps.

I enjoyed our first visit overall. The receptionist was personable and professional. I met the groomer, Jan, and we exchanged information about what I wanted done and she explained the services to be expected. My dog liked her immediately. I had no hesitation on leaving my dog in her care. The grooming area was clean. No dogs howling to escape. Bitzy was groomed beautifully. We were very happy and look forward to going back again.
