Update on my initial review.
I did get in contact with the owner, lack of initial communication was simply down to them not knowing who I was or how to contact me.
After speaking with the owner, I explained what I remember from my previous deep tissue massage and what I had at Zen, and he felt that another therapist would be a better fit for my muscular build and what I'm after.
With everything said in the conversation I'm bumping my rating to 4 stars.

I wrote a review here 19 days ago. I also wrote one on Google Maps. Unfortunately while the massage was not terrible and not what I expected a deep tissue massage to be the owner replied that they or the manager would reach out to me. That was 19 days ago and no response so I'm taking back my 3 star review and giving a 2 star.
As an owner of a company your word needs to mean something, and to give an empty promise is a terrible way to run a business. I didn't expect anything from the phone call or email other than hearing what I expected a deep tissue massage to be and set me up an appointment with a therapist who could provide that (a regular priced appointment). But I got nothing, no response, no call, no email....total silence other than an empty promise on Google Maps. Also for an FYI I've update that one to 2 stars as well and mentioned the reason behind that.

Stephanie was very professional and focused on expressed problem spots. Even found some spots I hadn't noticed that needed some work.
