My experience is usually wonderful. However, my last visit was not relaxing at all. The level of noise from the tenants beside the facility was very distracting. I believe they had forgotten they were located beside a massage therapy spa. The lady providing my service (Amy) was very apologetic and told the front receptionist what was happening. The receptionist was suppose to place a note underneath the door of the place causing the disruption. I'm not sure if she had done so, considering it seemed to had gotten worst. As mentioned, I usually have a great experience at this location, but this particular Sunday was the worst experience I ever had at Zens.

Excellent experience. My masseuse was very experienced and it showed in his work. I was treated to relaxing music while he worked diligently on all of my troubled areas. I left feeling focused, energized and pain free. So glad I took the time to invest in my health!

Very professional, very relaxing, very enjoyable. Amber did a great job of relaxing muscles without going too deep and she offered suggestions for some areas needing continued attention, which I took ast a sincere concern for my wellbeing.

I've always had good experiences at Zen and this was no exception.

The massage and therapist was fantastic. The checkout process was not very good and thorough. I booked a 60 minute massage and they made it 90 without telling me and I had to pay an unexpected amount more afterwards. I had a pre paid certificate for a Swedish massage that I paid for awhile ago and upgraded it for $ 10 more and paid that before I went in. Once I got ready to leave the front desk informed me about owing more and I did not want to start an argument in front of customers or therapists. I think that both the receptionist and massage therapist need to confirm with the customer before things are started. When your getting a massage there is no clock to look at. I am having second thoughts about coming back for any future business due to this.
