I came in for a deep tissue massage due to having headaches, stiffness in my neck, and lots of tension and tightness in my traps/shoulders. That’s what I wrote on the intake form any place I go, yet Zen Massage was the first place to actually discuss it with me and then spend majority of the time working on these areas. The therapist kept checking in with the pressure as well as any tender spots to better customize her movements. She also gave me a few tips to avoid building up so much tension again. It was a great experience.

It was so nice to finally be able to get a massage after 2 months. Zen is so relaxing and peaceful. Everyone their is friendly. With the new restrictions in place it is still enjoyable.

My misseuse was named Teresa and she was wonderful, I am very picky and hard to please when it comes to getting a massage, I can never seem to get the right person with the right touch and I finally found her, I wanted someone who could give me what I call a "firm swedish" and Teresa delivered, I'm was very happy :D
