I was not impressed with my facial service. The person was looking for things half the time rather than attending to my face. She was not informative and did not impress me. I have gone there the past four months and have no experienced this before until now.

Erica was new to me, did great and really helped my aches and pains. Ava, the receptionist, was new and did not know how to find my gift certificate on the second gift certificate service they use, hence a little anxiety that it was not found. Sabrina knew just where to look and found it the next day and all is well.
