I made an appointment to get my hair colored and cut for the first time at the salon on Ogden. When I arrived at the salon, I was told I did not have an appointment and there was no one to take me. They did not offer to do anything to rectify their mistake except make me an appointment early the next morning. I feel in a case like this that more should have been been done for the inconvenience especially since I had to travel an hour to get to the salon. Very disappointing.

Katia is very friendly and also very good at her job. She always gets my color right and she also finishes the entire process in about an hour and a half, which is great for me due to my very busy schedule.
