Needless to say going to the Dentist is not on my list of favourite things, in fact it has been one of my fears. Fortunately going to York & Bay Dental is always a pleasant experience. The kindness of all the staff and the excellent dental work of Dr. Yim is a wonderful combination.

The visit was fine as usual but we had a $35.00 parking ticket on our car even though we had checked in at your front desk.
York & Bay Dental Office replied:
I am very sorry about the parking ticket that you received. We make it a policy of ours to reimburse any of our patients for parking costs while in our office (including parking tickets). Please forward a copy of your parking ticket so that we may resolve the issue with the Canada Wide Parking.

Ashley was very personable, courteous and efficient. She was quite knowledgeable and walked me through everything she was doing. Plus I was able to puchase some hard to find brush heads at a decent price.

My daughter had a great experience even though she had 3 cavities filled. I must not have been that bad as she fell asleep for the last two! The only downfall which we did not expect was that she was significantly ill afterwards with a 5 hour period of intermittent vomitting.
