The Hot Yoga class was nice and relaxing. Kate was a great instructor. I would take this class again. Good for detoxing!

I love the variety of classes, the staff who are so friendly and all the 'little things' that they have thought of; hair ties in the bathroom, bags for wet and dirty yoga clothes, chocolates as you leave, warm tea etc etc. Plus the boutique has a pretty good collection of clothes for such a small space.

Class was great! In the past, this class was too crowded but this week it was the perfect size. The staff and facility were wonderful as always. Thanks for asking.

Great studio! Clean facilities and friendly staff. Some teachers are definitely more seasoned others, which is the reason for the 4 stars. It would be nice to see a little more depth in the classes and the teachers. Would love to see a more meditative focus in some of the yoga classes. Overall a great studio for our little town. Would recommend!

Yen has competent, caring staff from entry to workout. Would like one more counter, mirror and plugs in locker room.
