The in-store presentation was very informative and showed us the difference of each of the gas fireplace log sets that we were interested in. We made the selection and placed an order. A scheduled installation date was selected, then days later received a reminder call that the set was in and the installer would be at our home the following day at 8:00. He was actually early, was very neat and completed the installation in a timely manner, and finished by giving detailed operating instructions (plus the manuals) and answered all questions. Very professional!
