Christina was very helpful when I recently came in to purchase some meds for my dogs. In fact, all of the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, as are the vet techs and doctors. I have been a client of the West Village Veterinary Hospital for nearly 20 years so I guess it's safe to say that I am happy with the veterinary care my dogs receive and the good customer service that I receive :). I regularly recommend the doctors and the hospital to neighborhood pet owners.

We've been going to this vet hospital since we welcomed our French Bulldog into our family just about two years ago. They have flexible hours, attentive staff and wonderfully nice yet thorough vets. Would recommend to anyone in a heart beat.

When I made the appointment for Kenzi for a dentistry with Dr. Martel no one told me that I had to see Dr. Martel first for an appointment before the scheduled dentistry that day. I was told that I could just drop her off before 9 that morning.

Always treated well by all the staff and Dr. McCreedy is very good at what she does and is always kind and goes above and beyond to help you out. When she's not there you'll still be in good hands. Have yet to meet a person there I didn't love.
