I have been coming here for years, and Dr. Colby and the staff are remarkable. Attentive, responsive, and answer all of our questions. Dr. Colby is knowledgeable, professional and has such amazing bedside manner. All of the staff care for my pets and give them love like they are their own! I could not ask for a better veterinary experience than Westside!

Automated appointment scheduling system seems to have some glitches; it gave me an appointment, sent me a confirmation, then on the day of appointment I got a text confirming my appointment for another day. I called to discuss, after a long time on hold, I told them I had a confirmed appointment in 15 minutes; they said "I don't know anything about that" and didn't care, too overwhelmed to check into their system. No apologies, finally found me an appointment time for that day. Front desk staff always seem to be on overwhelm.
I needed a form filled out for flying with my dog, they informed me it would be a $30 charge for each form (required one signature & a check box & the vet's licensing information.) Vets are friendly but definitely push all the extras. Expensive. My dog was just neutered there & spent the night; $800+.

Dr Yim has been our go to doctor for our menagerie of cats and dogs for over 15 years now. The entire medical staff/team is excellent and we are always confident our best friends are getting the best care possible.

I've been going to the Westside Veterinary Center for years for both my previous pooch and now for my current one. We've always had great service and care there which is why although we moved from the neighborhood years ago, why I travel from Brooklyn to take care of any veterinary needs there.
