My eval was comprehensive, clear and not a sales pitch. Enjoyed speaking with Dr. Epstein and appreciated his professional, thorough analysis and recommendations. I'm hoping his and the other staff's work lives up to my expectations.

Thank you for your prompt appointment. Dr. "Matt" did a thorough exam of my teeth and determined the cause of the pain I was having. He is very friendly.
My only wish would be that I could get a quicker appointment to have problem treated by your hygienist.
I was also disappointed that you no longer sell the bottles of Chlorhexidine Oral Rinse. It really does a good job for me. I purchased a bottle of the The Natural Deniist product that was available but it doesn't seem to work as well for me as the Chlorhexidine.

I was late for my appointment and I called to let the office know. The office staff were gracious and encouraged me to come in any way. I only had to wait a few minutes and then I was able to get my cleaning and checkup.
