The wait was long and we ( my and I dog) were getting impatient. We waited 2 hours to see the doctor. I wasn't aware it was a walk in clinic. The people with scheduled appointments should be seen first before the walkins. After complaining to the receptionist about the wait, the doctor came right in and took excellent care of my little Roxie. The pricing was extremely reasonable. My other vet would have chrged double or triple what we were charged. I will definitely be returning even though it is a long drive for me (Laguna HIlls).

We were very disappointed that upon our return from our trip Sasha was initially brought out to me filthy. Even more concerning was that we were charged and paid to have her twice daily medication (Proen) given. Our bag came home with half the pills still in the bag, indicating that she got her Ned's only one a day or missed several days! We should be refunded for this charge. In addition, we had asked that both dogs flea medicine be given, but once again the medication was still in our bag upon returning home.
I know that boarding is no longer a core business of the office, and we appreciated your accommodating our last minute urgent need (our house sitter suddenly became ill the day before our departure)), but we were very disappointed in the treatment or lack there of. I informed on check in that Sasha (14 year old) had very weak hind legs and needed to walk frequently. The call from the office about her "deterioration ambulatory capability" reflected a complete lack of understanding of her condition. In fact she took a two mile walk with me the day after our return!
We have been loyal customers if Dr Dahlem for 30 years and five wonderful Dalmatians, I hope this is not a demonstration that our vet hospital is no longer able to meet our needs.

Of course I will consider coming back for future treatments or service that my browny will need in the near future.

For starters, I had an appointment at 6pm. By the time I left it was 8:15pm. The waiting was brutal. The Doctor was very nice and responsive but the time it took to have my pet seen was absolutely ridiculous. They need a better system or more help.

I know my animals are well taken care of here. The staff is very friendly and I trust the doctors and they give an estimate for every procedure and tell me what it important to get right away and what can wait.

The Doctors and Staff were nice, however, I wanted to get a revised quote on my dog's upcoming surgical procedures. I had to call back at least 5 times and every single time I called back the quote increased. I had two separate written quotes for several things. Some relevant things were on one quote and some were on the other. I just wanted ONE quote with everything on it. They either didn't understand or didn't care enough to do it for me. I could never get the manager on the phone for some reason. They would always say they would call me back, which they did do most of the time, but nothing I was asking for was resolved. After seeing the doctor my quotes for the items ranged between $400 on one quote to $600 on the other... by the time my interaction with the staff was over my revised bill went up to $2,000-$2,400! Nothing had changed. I think they just wanted me to go away. Mission accomplished. The irony is that I had received an email promoting 20% off the next surgical procedure and thats why I was calling... I guess the coupon works in reverse. Crazy, just crazy.
