My Weave Tech was Amazing!!! Her personality was positive and she gave me exactly what I asked for...I love my Hair!!! I definitely will be coming back and requesting her.

I've been going to this salon for at least five years. The service is not what it use to be. The salon use to maintain its appearance. They were on top of their customer service. They use to over snacks while you wait. Made sure you were comfortable. Now it's just dirty. The dryers don't work. They're cheap on the shampoo and conditioner. You can never maintain a stylist client relationship because the turn over rate is so high these days. It's so sad! The stylist are talented however, it's obvious they are unhappy.

My service is always beyond expectations.The staff is always laid back yet professional. They make me feel like im with friends. I really adore my stylist Tia she is truly wonderful. I always refer this specific shop.

Bratty girls work there, no management to oversee anything, terrible service depending on their mood at the time of service. Wait is unacceptabley long. SAVE YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY

The worst experience I ever had in my entire 31 years of life. Nothing but snide comments and smugness. Terrible customer service and absolutely no professionalism from any of the staff. The weave was done with a white net -on jet black natural and weave hair! And the net was showing all the way around. Paid extra for that, and was charged extra for no leave out, and they left the whole back bottom section near nape of neck out! Charged extra to dry hair with blow dryer to "prep it" although I came with my hair EXACTLY how they told me to when I asked exactly how to have it so that it's ready to go without incurring extra charges. When I noticed weave coming out" the leave out section, and white net, I Called salon and happened to get owner. She said come back it would all be taken care of by lead stylist. Weave fell out in 4 days in the meantime of waiting for that appointment. When I went back in, staff didn't honor what owner said, wouldn't contact or let us contact owner, and was instigating and looking for a fight the whole time. They kept "zoning out" and saying "sorry I was zoning out what did you say" after me and my mom (there from start with me) spoke. We were also over charged which was never refunded or adjusted. So many things just one bad incident after another from the start - too many to name. And owner, not available to speak with throughout. Only time I got her was when she answered phone by pure luck that one first day and just made a bunch of empty promises that according to rude staff, was never related to them. While I sat there for 5 hours the one time ( total of 15 hours all together) and another 8 in driving- the other clients were scared after seeing what my hair looked like (also had bleeding edges from too much tension on them) and they were scared they would get whoever did my hair cuz it was so badly. I plan to do a review of "The Weave Shop" and this is the last step before I do so. I do not use the same name which I'm glad since they were also using tacticsto try intimidating me into being satisfied with the whole nightmare. Like I said, far too much to list or explain.

The stylist gave my minor daughter what she wanted and not what I asked for.. the hair was sprayed and was so hard that it was hard to style.. not happy

The young lady who did my hair was wonderful! She was professional, polite and even took the time to answer any questions I had regarding weaving styles/ techniques.
