The Doctor and vet tech were warm and welcoming to my pet, listened to my concerns and didn't rush the visit. They seemed genuinely interested in my cat, Voltaire. The Doctor made some good suggestions for portion control in managing my pet's weight and affirmed that he has lost weight and that is excellent. I appreciate the expplanations of how the vaccines and meds work and why and how they are better than previous, older types. I'm referring to the Purevax rabies vaccine that is not supposed to cause vaccine site carcinoma, which happened to my previous cat. I felt reassured at your practice that my cat is receiving thorough and excellent care.

Dr Barnes is the best! My hubby is an old farm boy and doesn't always agree with spending lots of money on our pets but I try to balance his concerns with my own in being a responsible pet owner. The staff is understanding and works with me!

This was honestly the best experience i have ever had with a vet! Brought my cat Chaos in for a neuter and to get updated on his shots and was just blown away about how nice and understanding everyone was. You can tell everyone LOVES animals, which always makes you feel better when you have to drop off your babies! I love that they check in and follow up and i honestly will never go with another vet!

The facility is clean and welcoming, and they have "cat-friendly" rooms for cats to explore and calm down before the exam begins. Dr. Biasillo was very gentle and caring with my cat, and explained what she was doing and what we could expect. I will definitely continue to come here for my cats' medical needs.
