Good Morning,
My review is 5 STARS for both Sara and Asia. I have been coming to them for I believe now a couple of years. They keep getting better at their craft every time I come in. They are friendly, professional and do their job with perfection. Sometimes I don't feel like talking and they sense that. I have been going to massage therapists since the late 1980's and I haven't come across one as good as Sara. Asia is awesome, she has a great sense of humour and is just an overall awesome estitcian (sp?) Anyway, keep up the good work. Reception was friendly too! Thank you so much for providing such good service!

I got an appointment quickly, the service was great, and the location was easy to get to and in a very nice building. I found it weird to book everything online but it was efficient. The only things I noticed that could improve would be a need for clear labeling on the bathrooms (which to be fair should be straightforward to find but I had to peek into a few doors) and if I were to have been offered some water. My hair dresser was very friendly and did an amazing job on my hair, I will definitely be coming back which is a first for me because I usually don't end up going to the same salon twice.

Thank You for your feedback, a few things concern me that I will be addressing, Firstly, all clients should be offered a coffee, water or tea and I apologize that you did not experience that. Secondly, you bring up a great point and I will look into a way to clearly define the washrooms. Thank you for your perspective, this is what helps us to grow!

I am always pleased with the service at Vadara! Brittany does fabulous manicures and pedicures. On top of the great job she dies, she also is so friendly and personable. I also get my hair cut and colored at Vadara and Terry is simply fantastic. The entire Vadara experience is wonderful. Excellent service, knowledgeable and professional staff and a warm friendly atmosphere.
