For a Male Brazilian, Wendy was very professional and made it easy for me to relax. Quick and easy. Clean atmosphere, and helpful staff.

My tech was training another tech on technique, which I don't mind at all. I think ongoing training is very important. But, I also think it's important to pay attention to the details. I had a Brazilian and while the majority of the hair was removed there was still a significant amount that was left behind. Either another pass through needed to happen or some detailed tweezing. I'm not sure what UW policy is on tweezing but it doesn't seem to happen all that often. Both techs were very polite and professional and the facility was clean.

Due to disability, I haven’t been able to get a full body wax in years. Experience was better than ever and Wendy not only did a fantastic job of removing every single hair on my body (except brows) she was also very patient with my challenges changing position and made me feel quite comfortable despite my new body image related to the disability. So glad this establishment maintained its high caliber and the new staff, especially Wendy are better than ever. Great to be a regular customer again and to relish in the sensation of being totally bare once again.
