staff were friendly and personable..i liked it that Dr Bertolo wore a "doctor" uniform.. I didn't get a chance to tell him.

Doctor Bertolo is awesome! Steve (office assistant) is awesome!
Dr. B. is very friendly and shows he cares. To wit, he told me how he covered the cost of medicine for a severe case of gout for an indigent patient. Further, I always have great conversations with him during my treatments.
Steve Caswell is super friendly, as well. He engages me in conversations about things I might be interested in.
I highly recommend Urban Podiatry for any podiatric needs. Dr. Bertolo should get the neon Urban. sign out of the attic, though!
