After having a new starter installed in January the car was not starting right so I took it back in and the starter was defective so they installed a new one for me... let's hope this one is good.
I will continue to bring my car here as I have in the past. I love Turbo Tims!

Once again, ya'll are awesome. I was really nervous about a road trip to up near Sandstone, MN. My car is old and I just wanted to feel more confident in it's ability or not to make this important trip. Thanks for checking it all out, adding air to my tires, replacing the one thing that was questionable, and giving me some peace of mind that I had done everything I could to prepare my car for this trip. I am happy to report that not only was it successful, but I did yesterday - to and from in that massive snow storm. Lack of visibility and road conditions the entire way too and from were my only concern. My car handled like a boss and it helped my anxiety knowing you had checked it out for me. Thanks again.

I've been taking my cars there for years and its just a different experience in a good way. 1st, they are honest which is refreshing. There have been times when Tim has told me not to fix something if it's not serious. That's unheard of in the car fixing business. When they do have a repair it's done well and pretty fairly priced. Great place and I highly recommend it!!

Incredible extra mile service in my opinion. Knowing a day ahead of time that my disabled vehicle may not even be looked at or even ok to have towed to Turbo Tim's due to the large amount of vehicles they already had on their docket for a Monday, not only did they accept my vehicle when towed , but found time to take a look at it and have repaired before closing time! (One helluva run on sentence huh?) My car had not been in their shop in well over a year yet I still felt I was treated extra special due to still being a "regular " over these past six plus years. Hail Turbo Tim's! Thank you. Thank you!

Everybody hates car repairs. Especially unexpected ones. Turbo Tims always explains things thoroughly and gives me options that work with my budget. Not to mention they are MUCH cheaper than my prior shop. I'm so glad I switched.
