In addition to what Ive already submitted I also wanted to add that the music being played n the mani/pedi area was not spa like at all and really took away from the serene relaxed experience that I was having! Again, my experience was relaxing overall but I trusted Mitchell's to make my spa experience exceptional, especially considering it was an exceptional day!...my milestone 50TH birthday!

I received 4 different services at Mitchell's to celebrate my 50TH Birthday. It was a relaxing experience and I felt pampered...especially during the facial, however the quality of some of the services did not meet my expectations! Although I arrived before my appt time...I wasnt called untl about 15-20 minutes after scheduled time. Im not convinced that I actually received a full hour massage. There wasnt a single body part that I felt sufficient time was spent! I would rate the technique about 5 or 6 on a scale from 1-10. I was very impressed with the facia and the tech was pleasant, l however I wasn't advised of rhe upcharge until checkout! I also felt a little pressure to return for follow up. soon ,with no consideration for my time or budget! The tevh who did my manicure and pedicure was polite and took her time, which I appreciated.No complaints about the pedicure however my upgrade to gel nails was in vain. Before I left I mentioned 2 small bubbles on one of the nails but it wasn't corrected. Just one day later my nails have the appearance of a few more bubbles and dents too! Though she took her time and really attempted to do a good job my nails do not look professional at all! I received gel nails at another place before and rhey looked amazing and lasted a little over 2 weeks!

I had a 90 min massage by Tammy, Tammy does an excellent job providing a very relaxing massage experience. I have been a very satisfied customer of Tammy's for approx. 2 yrs.

I enjoyed my experience. Katy was very patient with me explain what it would take to correct the color I had done wrong before. Period eight she worked within my budgetand timeframe. She even recommended some product she was going to use on my hair. I did not feel any pressure to purchase it
