Very disappointed. I arrive 15 minutes early. My tech didn't come for me until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment without an apology. I was scheduled for a 2nd service in which I was told I could not receive the total service due to the run over time from the previous tech. Mind you I scheduled this appointment months in advance for my birthday. I have had a standing appointment with Mitchells for years I guess the longer you remain a customer your loyalty gets taken for granted VERY SAD!!

Had a great time with girlfriends all day here! Mitchell's supplied us a perfect, private room with cheese and fruit trays. We were allowed to bring in our own food and beverages as well. We were each called to our services as our different appointments approached. The only change I'd suggest is for someone to guide us to changing rooms, robes, slippers etc as we arrived.
My facial by Alisha was fabulous and my pedi looks and feels great. The day could not have gone more smoothly with the ebb and flow of seven friends in and out of our room. Thank you, Mitchell's!

Services with Donna are always great but your check in and out is awful. I stood in line for 15 minutes to check in. People buying gift certificates and making multiple appointments and buying products is so slow it's painful

Excellent first-time experience. I called in to request a same-day appointment and the person taking my call was friendly, and very accommodating; she immediately explained the levels of stylists offered and I was able to schedule an appointment time within the hour. I arrived at the Tri-County salon 15 minutes early and was impressed with the (small but) modern entrance area. I was immediately checked in and offered a beverage. Shortly after receiving my water my stylist came called me back.
My stylist was MADDIE. I would give Maddie 5+ stars on her own -- she asked all the right questions upfront, then, more importantly, she continued to listen throughout our discussion to determine what I was looking for from this haircut. I was taking my hair style from shoulder-length to VERY short. Maddie initially suggested a style that I wasn't comfortable with, but she easily stepped off of her suggestion and we were able to come to a mutual concept. End result was an extreme cut which was exactly what I was looking for. Also, Maddie achieved this in about an hour's time, without any sense of rushing at all. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with my experience both with the salon as a whole and especially wit my stylist, MADDIE.

Had a 90 min massage with Tammy, as always she does an outstanding job. Always leave my massage like a new person, relaxed and stress free. Been going to Tammy for approx 2 yrs.
