Disappointed to hear that I can only use $50 at a time of my reward points. In years past I was able to use full amount at anytime from January through March. I even remember the first year reword points were introduced we were able to use it on products. What will this mean for next year? Will we be having them Stripped away from us completely

Apparently there were two girls on the desk, one was taking care of you and your friend, the other was taking care of an online guest. She wasn't making eye contact because she was doing her job. Sorry you felt everyone needed to acknowledge you!

I had a sports massage with lee. She was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely talented! I can't wait to go back to her for another sports massage! I couldn't have asked or hoped for a better experience.

The massage therapist made conversation the entire time, even though I expressed I was tired and wanted to relax. I scheduled a 50 minute massage but her time was not spent wisely and she did not even finish my back area which I explained to her was my area of concern. It did not feel like a professional massage; the pressure and technique were off. I will not come back.

We're sorry to hear you had a problem. We do ask before you leave how your service was. Next time you may want to speak to management first, since our goal is the same as yours, to have a relaxing service.

After a stressful work week I really looked forward to my facial. I have experienced peaceful, relaxing facials at Tranquil Waters. This time the experience was not as pleasant, I don't care for a lot of talking, and comments about my skin could have been expressed differently. I really do not look my age, and have some great family genes, I'm just looking to improve what I have
I have a facial booked, however I would prefer another aesthetician.
