Second time time I've had to wait for 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. (First time I was the 1st person in line when they opened!) This last time I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to reset the oil light. Also got a whole speech about needing new tires bc of the funny way they were wearing (when I just bought them not long ago). When I went back in to have someone turn the oil light off, the same guy was giving the SAME speech to an older gentleman. Not thinking it was just a coincidence....

We are unable to address your concerns if you don't provide us with your name. I'm sorry for the wait on the OIL change . An oil change could take up 1-1/2 hours. We also advise on the remaining tread wear of the tire, depending on your tire warranty of 40,000 to 70,000 miles, We do value the honesty and trust we provide our customers.

What I love most about Tires Plus Hamilton Mill is that they have always been honest with me and never try to up sell me. On my recent visit, there was a part that was leaking and it would have cost me around $450.00 to have fixed. However, the guys at Tires Plus Hamilton Mill called me and said that part would be covered by my 100,000 mile power train warranty and they recommended that I take it to the delearship to have it fixed for free. I appreciate the honesty.
