I like the people here. They are friendly and professional. They didn't just tell me what extra repairs my car needed, they actually took the time to show me how they can tell. And when I told them I didn't have the money to fix it immediately, the guy didn't get pushy or over dramatic about it. He helped me prioritize the repairs so I knew what needed to be fixed immediately versus what can wait a few weeks or so if I had to. I felt like he was more concerned with helping me find the best solution to my problem, and not just trying to extract as much money from me as possible.

Was told new tire would arrive in 3 hours. Tire arrived in 5.5 hours. Otherwise, service was very good.

It seems that when I come in, although the work is completed, that I am not treated with respect and when I'm given a time frame that it is not correct. An example would be that I was told and hour and 2 1/2 hours later my car was done (acura A112 service) during that time i was told "10 more minutes0 and it was 30 mins later.

A customer came in and I agree he was rude but the manager (an Indian lady) was just as rude and if my car was not on the lift I would have left immediately. It was recommended that I get brakes and back rotors however I am thinking strongly about having that work done elsewhere as I am very disappointed in my experience yesterday.

I realize everyone can have an "off" day but for this location it seems as this is becoming the norm

I'm truly sorry that you had to witness my rudeness but when a customer tells me to go *f myself, that is cause to ask him to leave. He was extremely disrespectful to me and my staff for NO reason. I can deal with the rudeness and disrespect because like you stated everyone has an off day. He swear at us and told me to .....I can not take that from anyone. Ms. Johnson I do apologize for the delay and if you can call me and let me know WHO didn't treat you with respect I will correct that. immediately. I would appreciate another opportunity to earn your business. You can see Tim Thrasher our new store manager.

They went above and beyond and the customer service was fantastic! I was satisfied with all the service I had done on my car. I will definitely come back for other problems in the future!

Tires plus was absolutely fantastic to me! I went in yesterday afternoon and Zack was the guy who helped me out he was honest about all the questions I had and gave me quotes for things I asked for. I was completely satisfied and will go back there if I ever have another problem!

I recently took a purchased vehicle to this location for something I thought to be more serious than what was diagnosed. This was clearly a situation that I could have been taken advantage but thanks Tires Plus for your honesty. Not only did they repair my vehicle but the lady from the north gave me shuttle service home when I left my vehicle there. When it came time for me to pick up my vehicle, again I was without a ride, the same lady came to my home providing me with a ride back to the business. I offered her something for gasoline but she vehemently refused the money. Each time she openly volunteered to do this. Her kindness was greatly appreciated by me. So I say to you again the lady from the north, thanks again. You were the icing on the cake.
