Dr Aida is the best !!! I am most grateful for her calm nature and knowledge I was diagnosed by another dentist to remove my crowns and replace them Dr Aida was reassuring in recommending a less drastic approach to resolve the situation in treating my gums back to good health NowI am in process of a cosmetic procedure of laminates

I am 67 years old. I always dreaded going to the dentist. I finally found a dentist I didn't mind going to. He went and retired. I have been so fortunate to Have Dr Aida referred to me by my son. I can honestly say she has made my visits to her something I look forward. First and foremost she has an extremely gentle touch. Second she has a gentle touch. No ouch and oh did that hurt?
Second she is just a NICE person. We have talked, shared family stories and had some laughs. I got to meet Frankie, her therapy dog she brings to the office to calm even the most nervous of us.
Third, she is a wonderful person who happens to be the best dentist with a very gentle touch.

Been seeing dr Kappell since I’m a little kid. He’s kept me cavity free and now is keeping my kids cavity free.

I love this place! I am only 34, but I have complicated heart disease with a mechanical valve AND blood thinners, which makes ALL things inbound my life pretty tricky and frankly, rather risky. Luckily for me, the hygienists and the dentist (along with any assistants) are both very considerate of the special needs of my case without ever making me feel badly about it. My heart issues have lead me into A LOT of doctor’s offices- some amazing, some horrible. Everyone here (medical professionals and office staff alike) are all polite, pleasant, friendly, efficient and professional. I am there once every three months (because of the risks associated with my valve) and i have never had a bad experience. In terms of billing and financial matters, I have found it to be painless and easy, much like the dental work I have gotten done there!

My cleaning was a fantastic experience. My hygienist was friendly, thorough and informative. She explained everything she was going to do and told me what to expect. Her chair side manner was the best.
