Staff is extremely friendly and provide great information. However, I did not appreciate getting put in a chair at the end of exam thinking I was going to get to try on glasses but instead getting a whole sales pitch on cost of everything. It was similar to the experience I had trying to buy a new car. I am not sure if you do this for all customers or just the cash paying ones. To add insult, I did find frames that I liked but my particular size was out of stock. They would call the next week when new shipment comes in. Alas, no call.
Although I was not extatic about my first experience, I have two relatives that were most pleased with their experience at this facility.
