My wife and I stayed at your Napa hotel for the first time this past weekend (Thursday through Monday). We were a bit hesitant as the property looked a bit corporate from the pictures. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was nice, but not the reason we were impressed. Almost everyone we encountered during our stay was personable, accommodating and nice. I got the impression your people like working here. We spent one day at the Fairmont Spa in Sonoma and the vibe was very different. We would definitely consider staying here again or trying one of your other properties. Whatever you're doing in Napa...don't change it.

Mercer was awesome. If I have to give a rating factor, it would be a TEN!!! The walk at the end of the massage was genuin and very true, he suggest I slow down and enjoy.

We were two timeshare couples from Shell Vacations who asked in advance to be placed near each other, not only did they not do this, but placed us in separate buildings! Not happy.

This experience was nice. Our therapist's were very professional. My issue was the room where the jacuzzi is located is very small. The noise levels echo into the sauna area. We didn't have a relaxing time for day use because the noise level is not monitored. I also thanked one of the elder spa helpers when she was picking up dirty towels and she said she wouldn't mind picking up a $20 bill.

Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Mercer and Colette were amazing! The only feedback I have is that during our service they let the water out of the hot tub and it was rather loud as the water drained. Perhaps wait til the end of the appointment.

Upon checkin in which I had 2 room reservations, our 31 year old daughter was in the superior King and we had paid almost 100.00 more for an upgraded superior King patio for 2 nights and we booked this room almost a year ago. As we stepped into our room we realized there was no patio, and keep in mind I had mentioned to the young gals at check in that the 2 rooms were different and please make sure I get the patio room which I paid extra for and I was assured that would be the case. So I called downstairs, it was 4:20 at this point, I asked the front desk if room 300 was a patio King, I was put on hold and then told no, which I already knew, I told her I requested a patio almost a year ago and I would like one, I was put on hold a second time, she said I will have to wait until one is available and I told her checkin was at 4:00, it's now 4:20 and we have already waited 2 hours because we arrived early to the hotel. I was put on hold a 3rd time!! She came back on the line and said it would be about 10 minutes, I asked her if a bell boy could help us with moving our luggage since we were in another building, she put me on hold for a 4th time! and then said yes, so we ended up waiting for 15 minutes and a very nice and very helpful bell boy helped us move. What's interesting, instead of moving us to a patio that we could actually use (a covered one) we were moved to one that was open to the non stop rain that was happening during our visit. Our daughters room that was just a regular King superior was a much nicer room then the first one we were put in. I think the front desk, although nice I feel they are VERY inexperienced for the beautiful hotel you have and we loved so many things about your hotel as we had never been there and are excited to come back and give it another try. We travel a lot and enjoy luxury hotels.

The one other problem we had was, when there is a DO NOT DISTURB on your door and you walk in to see your room had been serviced was a little unsettling. It's not because our sign was taken, a friend wanted a gift delivered to our room and even though it had a do not disturb sign in which case they should have taken to bell desk or front desk and left me a message on our phone in our room letting us know we had a package waiting, they decided to ignore the sign and once in the room saw that it had not been cleaned and had it cleaned. People who pay those rates to stay at your beautiful hotel don't want to feel they are at a Hampton Inn, a much higher level of experience is expected.

Absolutely LOVED the spa experience and the massage therapists, 3 of our family members got massages and they were better then we could have hoped. Loved the property and everything you have to offer.

I was at the Meritage for a conference and decided to get a facial at the last moment, along with new facial products by Eminence. I walked away with a glowing face and people noticed immediately. I wish I had more time to utilize the entire spa.

I don't know why I ever go to another spa. spa Terra is the best, hands down! I love it so much! Mercer is the best massage therapist on earth, and I have always enjoyed my facials as well. This mama-to-be is VERY happy!
