The spa is truly an amazing experience. From the start in the steam shower to the treatment to relaxing in the private hot tub with waterfall behind. The staff is great, can't wait to go back.

The spa is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. You will feel immediately calm and stress-free when you walk through the doors. Although the treatments are expensive, you also have access to the stream room, whirlpool hot tub, showers, and relaxation room which help make the cost more justified. The staff is great, and they go out of their way to help make your experience special.

My experience with the Spa at Meritage in Napa began pleasantly enough, however that all changed when I asked my bill to be forwarded to the front desk asap as I was checking out that morning. When I arrived at the front desk two hours later I was told that they had not recieved the paper work from the spa and it would take considerably more time as the computers had a glitch. I do not know why they couldn't access my bill the old fashioned way. This put my party behind in our travel arrangements and we missed our connection. Eventually the manager came out, appologized and said he would fix the matter and reimburse me 50% of the spa cost. He still has not done this, inspite of emails back and forth. I am dissapointed at what was a nice stay and ticked off that I gave the spa a tip after such bad service.

I had booked an appointment for both my mom and myself. It was an absolute wonderful day. My only feedback is that during my massage and scalp treatment add on, the aroma of the lotion was absolutely horrible and made the experience suffer greatly. After speaking with my mom, she got to choose her scent...I never had a choice. Besides this, the amenities of the spa are wonderful and the staff are all very helpful!

A gloriously relaxing weekend at Meritage Resort after taking advantage of Spa Terra services. Top notch staff and service all around. This was our 3rd stay, we've never been disappointed.
