Caitlyn is proficient and efficient in many aspects of the Salon. Yesterday Caitlyn applied my color - making sure that I was free from the dreaded "color lines" that may appear if not quickly and properly removed. Also, she gives an awesome head massage when washing my hair. Oh, yeah and that too - there was no residual color at the nape of my neck. Her skill and demeanor are most appreciated.
