Joe nailed it! I was terrible at explaining what colour I wanted and she was very patient with explaining and she made sure it was right even if it meant having several attempts (due to my stubborn dark hair not lifting!) All the staffs here were so down to earth and warm and welcoming and made me feel like a princess. This was exactly what I was looking for! :)

Reception staff were pleasant and made me feel comfortable being that it was my first time visiting the salon.
I was pleased with my hair cut and loved the way Jennifer styled my hair. I received many compliments.
