The Vet tech Lauren was amazing. Upon checkin she was the only person in the reception area. Amazingly she assisted everybody and continued to answer phones.
I watched her call the back asking for assistance to no avail. When I finally got to the examination room she continued to assist me.

Although everyone working the front desk was extremely busy; they remained friendly and efficient. Waiting time was minimal. This was my first time using the drop-off appointment option; and I was pleased with the level of service.

the best place to take ur pets too . i was very happy that they figured out what was wrong with my dog. after going to 3 other vets. will not go anywhere else

I'm 6'2" tall with a 90 lb black Shepard mix. When I entered the lobby there were 2 technicians sitting at the front desk. I proceeded to sit down and wait for someone to acknowledge me, perhaps even ask if they could help me. As I sat there a third tech entered the lobby and put a cat in your catio. The third tech spoke to the 2 who were sitting at the front desk. I sat there for 10-15 minutes completely ignored until I spoke up and asked if I had to check in? At that point the tech FACING the seating area looked up and acted surprised and explained she didn't see me. Your employee's "situational awareness" could use some polishing....heck I even get greeted at Walmart!

They are great with my cats. They really listen to our concerns. I would recommend them as a place to take your animals for care.
