Had a 9:30 appointment, got in the room about 9:50 (things always run behind here). Both our we and our cat were treated with kindness and respect, even to the point of an attendant bringing in a mat comb and removing the mat that our 17 year-old cat had on her hip. The vet took the time to recheck our cats weight when it appeared to be too low on the first round. All and all we are very pleased with the treatment and people at Spencer Springs. We have been coming here for about 20 years. .

I feel Dr. Costa has the health and well being of her patients at the top of her list. She is very easy to talk to and she makes you feel confident your pet is getting the best care.

We waited about 20 minutes from the time of our appointment because there were a lot of emergency walk-ins. Once we were in the back, the doctor came right in, examed Riley and administered shots. It was easy and painless. We were happy to find out that they also offer grooming services which will make grooming a lot more convenient for us!

I believe she puts the dog first in her care. This is my 3rd dog with dr costa. She has moved , been unavailable during parts of the last 2 dogs. I am hoping she has found her forever home at spencer Springs now.
