Dr. Engelman is excellent. I have been to three ophthalmologists in the past year regarding an issue with my left eye. He is the only one who provided caring, comprehensive and knowledgeable care as he dealt with my problem. His entire staff is professional and extremely efficient; always following up as promised. My entire family now sees him, and I have recommended him to numerous friends.

Very professional people that have good personalities and smile!!! Very efficient staff. Ezzy, Holly and Susan are great! It takes Susan awhile to warm up and laugh!

Dr Engelman is so amazingly thorough!!! The staff is delightful! From the moment I walked in, everyone went out of their way to be helpful. There was such s breathe of frames to choose from. I can't wait for my glasses and sunglasses to arrive!!!!

Terrible! I went in to get a pair of perscription sun glasses and without asking what I was looking for the lady told me that I "needed" polarized lenses and added other things that I "needed" when she totaled up the bill. When I asked her what each thing was she seemed irritated that I asked and proceeded to point out how much everything would cost without insurance...which is a moot point considering I have insurance! However it was a good thing I did ask because she noticed she was charging me for something insurance covered.
I did not have an eye exam this visit because my last one was only about 6 months ago, so this review is not about the doctor or his staff, but I will no longer get my glasses at this office!
