A very professional and enjoyable doctor's visit. Staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was seen exactly on time and all involved were willing to assist any way they could. Dr. Hayden is the first doctor to get my prescription exactly right after years of struggling. I would strongly recommend Dr. Hayden and his staff for the best care around.

Each staff member was very professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The doctor I saw was very efficient and able to answer all my questions. She had a caring manner and worked conscientiously to get me the best possible prescription for my glasses and contact lens.

I started going to SPECS about 2 years ago when I was not happy with another local business, the ladies at the front desk are so friendly. I have also been taking my three oldest children there and they all like seeing Doctor Hayden. He is very good with kids and is very well spoken, he explains things in a way that it's easy to understand. The opticians are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, the entire office is great. I will continue taking my family to SPECS.

arrived on time for my appointment, and was greeted by staff promptly. No waiting around. i was taken back right away, and examination was started. In and out in less than 20 minutes
