Let me start off by saying I work in the salon industry, and I was highly disappointed by my experience here. I was surprised with a gift certificate to spa 2000. Being a hairstylist from south Florida, I looked forward to a relaxing treat on my monthly vacation to Sioux falls. Upon checking in, I waited a few minutes to be greeted. After finally being greeted, I was walked to the relaxation room, still in my street clothes, no robe ( which most "spas" offer) also the gift card included a glass of wine which was never offered!
After being called to the massage room, the massage was enjoyable and very well done. But that being said, I never got the " spa" feel but we paid the "spa" price. Nothing sets this place apart from anywhere else offering a massage. I never would've left a review had I not been emailed to. Hopefully they amp up there idea of customer service.

Very nice staff, but poor quality. I had one toe that was totally smeared. I couldn't see it from the angle I was at with my bifocals so didn't notice it until I was back to work. All other toes were fine, maybe missed the drying drop? And the polish from my manicure is peeling after just 3 days.
